Baking Mixes

Baking mixes of both the instant and add egg/oil/butter variety.

This includes but is not limited to white cake, yellow cake, chocolate cake, brownie mix, cornbread mix, and pancake and waffle mix. We can make varieties of the above tailored to what our customer is searching for.

We manufacture a full line of classic and premium baking mixes for food service. The recipes can be as simple as just adding water or any of the baking mix recipes can be elevated with the addition of other staple ingredients. Best of all, our baking mixes do not contain trans fats.

BY FAR MY FAVORITE
I’m a big baker and I’ve tried a lot of brownie mixes as a time saver. This mix by far is my favorite. I’ve made this recipe plain and the kids love it. I’ve also used this mix adding Godiva chocolate chips & cooled coffee in place of the water, and it just just brings it to a whole other level. Yummy!
HANDS DOWN THE BEST I’VE USED
I find most cornbread mixes on the market to be dry and not have a lot of taste. I gave this brand a try and love it. I add shredded cheddar, canned corn a dash of hot sauce and serve it with turkey chili. This is hands down the best cornbread mix I’ve ever used.
